My family & friends used Sila's to organize our tours in bali. We
rented the bus + 2 baby seats + driver. In a simple word, Sila can be
trusted as he was here on time, very clean buses, 2 baby seats (good
quality) and with a great driver who was flexible, good english and very
friendly.....and all that via booking by internet & mail
correspondance. It is so rare to find a trusted tourist related service
provider...but sila may be the exception. tks & enjoy your time in

Just come back from a full day trip with Sila's and our driver/guide Agus Mede was excellent.
The vehicle was spotless and well maintained and his English although not perfect was good enough to give us advice and also explain about we went and what to do.
We stayed at the Intercontinental and their transport costs about $14.00/hour whereas Sila's is IR 450,000 ( $45.00 ) for a full day and more.

“Excellent service, highly recommend”
We used Sila's tours on 3 occasions during our stay in Bali. Booking was
so easy - having read the great reviews on Trip Advisor, I contacted
Sila from England via email and always had a very fast repsonse.
We met Sila on the first day. He is friendly, funny, courteous, patient and also a great driver (and you need to be one of these in Bali!) Sila speaks good English too.
For the other 2 days, we had Wayan as our driver. Again, he was very polite, courteous and also an excellent driver. As other reviewers have made comment on this site, Wayan can be a man of few words. My advice would be simply to talk to him! He will always respond with information and also with questions back.
All vehicles we had were spotlessly clean, new, air conditioned and very comfortable. The price is good and you can't help but feel pleased with yourself saying "no thank you" to the masses of offers of transport along any main street in Bali, knowing that you already have Sila tours booked.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sila Tours. Do some homework before you go on the definites you want to see, the maybe's and also leave room for driver suggestions - the rest will be sorted for you. e.g. we told Wayan to suggest a beautiful beach on one of our tours, and he took us to exactly that in a place that I still can't find in any guide book and would never have found myself.

“An excellent driver and guide”
Having read some of the reviews I contacted Eka to enquire about a
booking for our seven day trip to Bali last December. I was relieved to
receive an almost immediate response from Eka via email and our booking
was confirmed. We stayed at the Kumala Pantai which I can highly
recommend. Eka proved to be not only an excellent driver but also an
informative guide. We gave him an indication of what our interests were
and left it to him to put together a program for us.. and he did us
proud.He was waiting at the Hotel every morning at the agreed time
without fail and never once rushed us back at the end of the day . In
fact we felt bad at times that he was out with us well into the evening.
Apart from being so accomodating and reliable, Eka is a great guy to
take you around to see whatever you are interested in, tailoring his
trips to suit your needs.
In the seven days we spent with Eka we saw an incredible amount of Bali and would be back there whenever the chance arises. We were extremely fortunate to have read about Eka in these pages and would book Eka again whenever we visit Bali.

“One stop shop - drivers, tour guides.”
Sila, ray and Eddie were fantastic. Sila helped us fulfill all our
random requests like helping with a bucks, a hens,translations, our
wedding including wedding car, scooter dropped to our hotel, phone
credit and liaison within our group of 20! Without Sila and his crew we
would have been lost and unorganized. I had my 9 month old baby and our
cousin had his 4 year old and it was great. They worked far longer and
harder than they should have and never complained. Very humble and
humorous. Make sure u tip them they deserve it. Great drivers, good fun,
knowledgable, best attitudes. And they empty the boot for us including
pram. These guys are awesome. Book them for everyday you are there it's
worth it.

Sila is very polite, reliable and experienced. He is also always on time. He is very knowledgeable about all places in Bali and happy to advise you on places to visit if you are stuck for ideas.

He came to our villa for a meeting to discuss options for our tours and provided a beautiful new mini van that was very comfortable. Because we were a family with adult children we thought it might be difficult to meet the needs of all the family however with his advice we were able to accommodate all our needs. He was also able to organise bookings for white water rafting and elephant riding. Sila also had a great sense of humor which he needed when interacting with my adult Aussie children. Lastly, and most importantly we found him to be very trustworthy.
