He always arrived on time and if he thought he might be delayed, he texted us. He laid out a four-day plan for us and each morning when we got in the car, we just started driving. We sometimes kept to the plan and sometimes we veered off. We even drove places that he himself had not visited. For a very reasonable price, Sila was not just a driver, he was an informative and fun tour guide. At each site he stayed with us through the payment process and was detailed where he would meet us. He laughed at us and with us. He became a good friend. A day was a day and did not have concrete hours. If we wanted to make another stop, we stopped. He never complained, even when the day was twelve hours long. On the last day, we finally convinced him to join us for lunch - he loves pizza!!!! Though tips are not expected, we always made sure to give him a little extra because he went to great lengths to ensure we had a great experience. We love and miss you, Sila!!!! Say hi to the family and watch out for bewitching spells!!!

This was my second trip to Bali and I again used Sila‘s drivers and cars. The cars are always immaculate, very comfortable, and beautifully airconditioned. The drivers drive safely, are knowledgeble, polite and respectful. As a single woman I felt very comfortable.

If you want a driver to act as a guide please inform Sila. I like to do my own thing so I was happy for the drivers to wait for me.

Please note if you go over your booking time there is an extra hourly charge.

I find the rates reasonable for great, reliable service. On my next trip in March I will be using Sila‘s service again.

“Absolutely The Best In Bali !!!!!”

I have been to Bali seven times and am currently here in Seminyak !! Sila and his team go to the extreme to provide your every need !! for example today i asked for a Birthday cake for my friends 60th it was delivered within 3 hours 2 &1/2 of that was driving to my villa !! we have used Sila for weddings before atm we are travelling with 13 people and they are lovely cool aircon cars !! with good english speaking drivers !! we have been in seminyak for 2 days and due to it being xmas we have had big trouble hiring scooters (7) so i called Sila we now have them being delivered in 20mins !!!!!!! Why Sila is rated number 30 on trip adviser is beyond me be!!!! I have used many drivers over the years and his service is by far Superior to all Thanks Sila and all ur drivers once again !!!!

Telaga Waja is the most challenging rafting in Bali.Telaga Waja River flows clear with a fairly swift current. This place becomes interesting because the location is combined with patches of green fields and hills that shelter.  Water that flowed freely with few riffles and boulders as obstacles to be a great choice for the adventurer to rush the adrenaline. Telaga Waja has rapids with a high of nearly 5 meters, but very safe!

Sila was our driver for our last day in Bali. He picked us up from our hotel, drove us around all day, and dropped us off at the airport in the evening. Having family members who have used Sila before, there is no-one else we would trust with all our baggage. He happily took us to all the attractions we asked for, and recommended many more based on our interests. We visited Tanah Lot, the Freshwater temple (cant remember the name!), Ubud and many shopping outlets as well as the Galleria Mall. He is very professional and pleasant to converse with. His fees are very reasonable and his amazing service compelled us to want to pay more :) Highly recommended!

“Reliable and Professional Services”

We are a group of 14 family members include a handicapped lady in a wheelchair. For our 5 days trip from 01/02/2014 until 05/02/2014, we used Sila transport services.The driver , Pak MA DE is very kind , safe and helpful person. He helped us to repair the wheelchair' burst tire so the handicapped lady can mobilize easily in Bali taste the local foods, shopping and the attractions scenery.Thank you very much Pak Sila and Pak Made . Recently used Sila's for a full day car service in the South Bali area.
Our driver was fantastic - couldn't have asked for anything more. He was
reliable from beginning to end. He was on time for our pick-up from the
hotel, friendly, polite, and a safe driver. I thought it would be
challenging since we didn't have a cell phone on us, but there were no
issues from location to location. We did not request a "tour", but he
was still happy to provide useful information and recommendations. He
even helped us reserve a spa massage reservation on his cell phone
through which we really much appreciated. Very pleasant experience,
would definitely use again and recommend. It was extremely affordable
for 12 hours (450k IDR including gas + parking).

This is my second time using sila Bali tours for my daily tours. I contacted sila via email 2 months before my trip and sila was prompt in confirming the services and very quick to reply to emails which was greatly appreciated. Subsequently there were last minute changes and sila was very accommodative as well. What I like is that sila is easily contactable and also have whatsapp which is great! Our driver was Widi. He is a friendly smiley and punctual guy. What I like is that widi never introduced us to any sales products such as water sports seafood and those things. He was accommodative to our schedule and had suggestions when we requested. He was also punctual and always ready to pick us up at locations and hotels. We also booked the airport tour and mountain trekking. Overall very good service from sila tours and I highly recommend :) Visited September 2013

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler - wanting to be together most of the time which made looking for a driver with a big enough vehicle quite a task.....until we happened across Made!!

What a difference this man made to our holiday. We used him for transfers and day tours, and not once were we disappointed in the service he provided. We would NEVER have had certain experiences without him - and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for personal attention, hidden treasures and a caring personality. he is very trustworthy and reliable.
My son still speaks about Made on a daily basis!

Made - you made our stay in Bali memorable! You were made for this job! Till we see you again. Take care!!

Had an excellent 1 day tour guided by Ketut Widi from Sila's Bali Tours. Widi did a good job, was very patient with us (I personally think is a Balinese thingy where everyone is so!). Widi was knowledge and willing share with us the history and information of the places we visited. His driving was careful and made sure we were comfortable. Widi was also accommodating waiting for my wife to finish her shopping and helped us with photo taking. His timing to avoid spending too much time in traffic was commendable. The van we had was comfortable, clean and new. Would not hesitate to recommend Sila to others. Thanks, Pak Ketut Widi for a good time.
