My family visited bali from end aug to early sept this year. This is my second time using sila Bali tours for my daily tours. I contacted sila via email 2 months before my trip and sila was prompt in confirming the services and very quick to reply to emails which was greatly appreciated. Subsequently there were last minute changes and sila was very accommodative as well. What I like is that sila is easily contactable and also have whatsapp which is great! Our driver was Widi. He is a friendly smiley and punctual guy. What I like is that widi never introduced us to any sales products such as water sports seafood and those things. He was accommodative to our schedule and had suggestions when we requested. He was also punctual and always ready to pick us up at locations and hotels. We also booked the airport tour and mountain trekking. Overall very good service from sila tours and I highly recommend :)

My hubby and I have known Sila for three years now and we've engaged his
services thrice already. His knowledge of Bali is vast, always very
punctual and to top things off he is good in English too. Nothing is too
much trouble and his vehicles are kept in great conditions. I will
recommend him to anyone without a second thought.
Thank u Sila, for making all our trips to Bali memorable and for your friendship! We look forward to meeting u again in Bali!

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler - wanting to be together most
of the time which made looking for a driver with a big enough vehicle
quite a task.....until we happened across Made!!
What a difference this man made to our holiday. We used him for transfers and day tours, and not once were we disappointed in the service he provided. We would NEVER have had certain experiences without him - and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for personal attention, hidden treasures and a caring personality. he is very trustworthy and reliable.
My son still speaks about Made on a daily basis!
Made - you made our stay in Bali memorable! You were made for this job! Till we see you again. Take care!!

Had an excellent 1 day tour guided by Ketut Widi from Sila's Bali Tours.
Widi did a good job, was very patient with us (I personally think is a
Balinese thingy where everyone is so!). Widi was knowledge and willing
share with us the history and information of the places we visited. His
driving was careful and made sure we were comfortable. Widi was also
accommodating waiting for my wife to finish her shopping and helped us
with photo taking. His timing to avoid spending too much time in traffic
was commendable. The van we had was comfortable, clean and new. Would
not hesitate to recommend Sila to others. Thanks, Pak Ketut Widi for a
good time.
